The community leader identifies a space where the soup kitchen can operate.

Step 02
Community meeting to explain the organization's core principles.

Step 03
The community meets the Alimenta la Solidaridad team, who explain who we are and why we're there.

Step 04
The commitments, responsibilities, and guidelines for the proper implementation of the program are established.

Step 05
The dining hall opens.
