What do we do?

Areas of Intervention

01 · Food Security

Food Security

Through our soup kitchens, we provide a daily lunch that accounts for 40% of the total daily caloric intake our beneficiaries need. In this way, we help prevent malnutrition among children, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and older adults.

These spaces are the result of efforts by parents who open their homes to the community. They serve as meeting places where various initiatives take place.

02 · Nutrition

Nutrition

We assess the nutritional status of beneficiaries and conduct anthropometry training for mothers. We provide nutritional treatment for children suffering from acute malnutrition.

We hold biannual deworming campaigns for children to help them keep their bodies free of parasites and prevent diseases.

03 · Community Leadership

Community Leadership

We strengthen autonomy and foster leadership as a means of rebuilding the country's social fabric.

We combine spaces for participatory and reflective learning with community activism that encourages people to participate as agents of change in their communities.

04 · Protection

Protection

We provide safe, violence-free spaces for women and children. We treat everyone with respect and dignity, always preserving the privacy and confidentiality of our beneficiaries. We are committed to providing an environment free from any form of abuse, child abuse, and gender-based violence.

Through our programs, we train communities with the goal of empowering them to protect children and women. In addition, we conduct a thorough analysis of the cases that arise in the communities in order to gain a deep understanding of the situation and refer each case to personalized support tailored to its specific needs.

05 · Education

Education

We train mothers in educational topics so they can establish learning spaces in their communities and help children improve their reading, writing, and logical-mathematical skills as a strategy to address high levels of academic delay.

06 · Means of Livelihood

Means of Livelihood

We promote the social and economic empowerment of our beneficiaries. Through our training programs, we provide training in the fields of textiles, hospitality, and customer service, equipping them with the knowledge and tools they need to develop valuable skills in these areas.

In this way, we expand their employment and income opportunities, contributing to their economic self-sufficiency and social integration. Through this support, we seek to promote the development of sustainable livelihoods for both the beneficiaries and their families.
