This website is provided to share information about Alimenta la Solidaridad ("ALS"), our programs, and ways to support our mission.

3. Donations and Payments
Donations made through this Site are securely processed by our payment providers.
By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Recurring donations: If you choose to become a monthly donor, your card will be automatically charged each month until you cancel. You can update or cancel your recurring donations at any time by writing to info@alimentalasolidaridad.org.
All donations are final, unless otherwise provided by law. Requests for refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Privacy and Data Use
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
This Site may use cookies and similar technologies to improve its performance and analyze its usage. You can adjust your cookie preferences in your browser settings.
5. International Users
Alimenta la Solidaridad operates community programs in Venezuela and receives administrative support from the United States. If you access this Site from another country, you agree that your information may be transferred to and processed in both Venezuela and the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.
In Venezuela, we recognize and respect every person’s constitutional right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal data (habeas data), in accordance with Article 28 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
In the United States, we comply with federal and state laws applicable to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.
